BAITUL VIEW TRADE ASSOCIATES LIMITED was incorporated on 22 June 2003 as a company in Bangladesh under the companies Act 1994 having its registered office in Dhaka.

BAITUL VIEW TOWER, a twenty- three storied Complex comes with a striking opportunity to meet all the services at a point, which is the demand of the time. It has been tried efficiently to accommodate all the modern facilities within the Complex. It stands at the busiest commercial location, Purana Paltan in Mega City Dhaka, just at the northern side of national Baitul Mukarram mosque and adjacent to Janata Bank Foreign Exchange Corporate Branch.

A twenty storied complex with three basements parking facilities. Ground floor to 5th floor will be air- conditioned market for gold, electrical & electronics items, show rooms, display centers, etc. 6th floor to 19th floor has been designed for offices, providing the necessary facilities including air-conditioning. Five pairs of escalators and three lifts are vertical movements.

The structure is well designed against gravity loads in addition to earthquake and wind loads. The project is supported by a group of long experienced professionals and builders. We hope to complete the whole project.
